Served like a cold almond, the tirmis is a delicious, healthy legume native to the Antalya region. At Tirmis, regional fare takes centre stage, including specialties such as hibeş (a spread of tahin, cumin, red pepper flakes and lemon juice), tahinli kabak tatlısı (oven-baked pumpkin in syrup, sprinkled with sesame), meatballs on skewers, and sesame haricot bean salad. All products used for preparation - from meat to greens, water and bread - are chosen from among Antalya’s natural delights. To promote local production, our unique phyllo is made locally. Reservations are required, and guests over the age of 12 are welcomed.
