Levent Kömür, the General Manager of Mey | Diageo Türkiye, which Kayra, one of the largest winemakers in Türkiye, is also affiliated to, was born in Istanbul and graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering of Bogazici University in 1992. After starting his career as an Assistant Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, he served as a Regional Brand Manager responsible for Central and Eastern European countries. He then served as a Marketing Director at Procter & Gamble Egypt, Near East (Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, and Iraq), as well as Procter & Gamble Türkiye and Procter & Gamble South and East Africa. Before starting to work at Mey | Diageo, he was the General Manager at the Istanbul Office of Integer Group, one of the leading shopping marketing agencies in the world. At Mey | Diageo, he has held several senior positions, including Marketing Director and Sales and Distribution Director.
